Booking a Trip

To book your trip please contact our  office by e-mail or by phone

 

Payment: Should be made by check payable to Edgardo Cortes  and mailed to Baja Sierra Adventures, 787 Kibbee Road, Brookfield, VT 05036.

We require 50% of the trip fee in full 3 weeks prior to the first day of the trip as a deposit to reserve a space on any of our trips.

 

 

Day Trips or if you make your plans while already in Baja, please plan to pay for your trip in cash upon your arrival at Huerta Los Mangos.

 

 

Cancellation Policy:
• 100% refund with 3 weeks notice prior to the trip.

   (minus $40 usd admin fees).

• 50% refund with 2 weeks notice prior to the trip.
• NO refund less than 2 weeks notice prior to the trip.

Acknowledgment of Risk and Release of Liability Waiver:
We require that all participants sign our waiver form before participating on a trip. Safety is our first concern at all times, yet due to the nature of the activities it is necessary for you to sign our form in acknowledgment of the risks and release of liability. We will give you this form to sign upon your arrival at Huerta Los Mangos. Refusal to sign the form will prevent you from participating on a trip.
